Low Calorie Vegan Diet

A low calorie vegan diet is almost redundant speaking, because vegan diets just naturally have less calories. However, you do need to make sure that you are not eating a lot of fat, since even some vegan foods can be high in fat. You might also want to eliminate refined foods such as sugar and white flour.

If you do these things, you will definitely be eating a lot less calories than before.
