Vegetarian Weight Loss

Instead of fad diets that are unhealthy, why not try a vegetarian weight loss plan?  This will be much healthier, since a vegetarian diet is good for you anyway.

Right away, you are eliminating the fat-filled “meat” category.  And if you go vegan (no cheese or eggs either), then you will eliminate even more high fat foods.

Once you learn how to choose healthy, vegetarian foods for your diet, it will become easy to stick to this diet.  You will not have the cravings that you have with some other crash-type weight loss plans.
